I begin with a thorough Body Reading to assess posture, movement habits, and areas of tension or restriction. Using my highly trained eye and the fascia-focused FAMO approach, I create a personalised movement strategy designed to support your body’s natural balance, resilience, and self-healing capacity. Grounded in modern fascia research, FAMO Fascia Movement works holistically with the interconnected system of muscles, fascia, breath, and nervous system. Movements range from slow and restorative to dynamic and strengthening, often incorporating self-massage tools for deeper release and support.
