The Slings Myofascial Training (Slings) method is based on the latest findings in research that muscles and fascia are interconnected throughout the body in myofascial “slings”. Movement therapy is divers and its richness is optimally enhanced with the fascia-focussed concept Slings. Through the integration of Slings physical resources are further strengthened and the structural balance is optimized. This enhanced movement efficiency and self-healing capacities are being activated. The person is integrally supported in somatic and psycho-emotional processes. In the therapeutic sessions you receive movement tools at hand to come back into your strength. The movements are intentionally executed in a slow, rhythmical or dynamic manner in different dimensions supported and enhanced through massage tools. You will be supported holistically in a positive process; gaining valuable tools to reclaim and or maintain your strength and power. Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION PROVISIONS 12h cancelation policy of 50% of the session will be charged. ILLNESS AND ACCIDENT In the case of illness or accident supported by a medical certificate the missed portion can, will be rescheduled for a later date.
