5 Session Mentorship: Feeling at Home in your Bodymind & Attuned to your Gut & Heart Brain. Have you ever paused to truly feel whether your nervous system feels safe and at ease within its “home”—your body-mind? How clearly do the messages from your body reach your mind via your gut and heart brain? It is designed to support you in cultivating a deep sense of ease, vitality, and connection within yourself. Alongside guided sessions, you'll have access to a video library to assist in the ongoing integration of these practices—helping you feel more at peace, present, and at home in your body-mind. This mentorship will help you: -Feel more attuned to your gut feelings, heart, and nervous system messages, using them as valuable guides for well-being and health-oriented choices. -Cultivate self-determination and empowerment through simple, applicable body-mind practices. This is for you if you: Want to deepen your ability to be consciously embodied and create a safe, supportive internal environment. Often feel exhausted, unsettled, or disconnected from your body and mind. Can’t recall the last time you fully exhaled and trusted yourself enough to let go. Struggle to recognize or sense the changing states of your body and mind. Avoid taking breaks out of fear of breaking down or becoming unwell. Experience frequent stress, edginess, nervousness, or fear. Are a therapist or movement teacher interested in how Fascia Movement, Reiki, Breathwork, and Mindfulness can support body-mind-gut-heart-brain synergy. Feel dissociated from your intuition/gut instincts or want to refine your ability to sense and trust them. Long to feel at home within yourself or deepen that sense of belonging. Want to use your body's sensations and feelings as a reliable tool for decision-making. The tools you'll be empowered by: Fascia Movement – Enhancing body awareness and movement efficiency. CANCELLATION PROVISIONS 24h cancelation policy of 50% of the session will be charged. ILLNESS AND ACCIDENT In the case of illness or accident supported by a medical certificate the missed portion can, will be rescheduled for a later date.
