What does it feel like to truly be at home within yourself? To recognise when you are moving with your nature, & when you have moved away from it? To hear the messages of your body, gut, heart & inner knowing clearly enough to let them guide you? Embodied Integrity is a four-week group mentorship bringing together the heart of my work from my retreats, psychosomatic mentorships, FAMO Fascia Movement, Reiki, mindfulness, breathwork & heart coherence practices. It is a guided exploration of your own inner landscape & the navigational systems already available to you. Many of us have learned to override these signals through conditioning, expectations, habitual patterns or simply the demands of life. We can become highly functional while slowly moving further away from what genuinely supports our vitality, truth & wellbeing. We will explore how to recognise these moments of disconnection &, importantly, how to find your way home again. Map your 'Inner Navigational Map' Through embodied practices, reflection & group exploration, you will begin to recognise your own personal “road signs”: - What does being in integrity feel like in your body? - How does your nervous system communicate safety or unease? - How do you experience an inner yes, a niggle, a contraction or a knowing? - What happens physically, emotionally, energetically & spiritually when you go against your nature? - What changes when your body, mind, heart & spirit begin moving in the same direction? Rather than giving you another external map to follow, this mentorship supports you in becoming increasingly fluent in your own. Across the 4 Weeks We Will Explore ✨ Embodied integrity & recognising when you are on - or off - your path ✨ Feeling at home within your body-mind ✨ The physical, emotional, energetic, mental and spiritual bodies ✨ Gut instinct, intuition and the subtle “niggles” that guide us ✨ Nervous system regulation & creating inner safety ✨ Heart coherence & heart-led decision making ✨ Self-trust, boundaries & authentic expression ✨ Developing personalised anchors & practices that help you return to yourself The sessions are live & interactive, a space for personal exploration, questions, group processes & shared learning. Recordings of the mentorship sessions will be available if you are unable to attend live. No prior experience is required, only curiosity, openness and a willingness to listen inward. Practice videos to support your process will be shared to during & after.
