The teaching mode is interactive, and the approach playful. Next, we will discuss and practically apply 8 FAMO teaching principles. From there, the focus shifts to functional design and methods for lesson planning with specific functional outcomes. You will draw from the FAMO Practice 1, 2, and 3 repertoire to create movement sequences that: - Prepare for complex or challenging exercises - Are self-contained and interchangeable within a lesson - Emphasise particular goals - Focus on a specific target audience This is an invaluable skill that synergises anatomy-based strategies with seamless flow, function and aesthetics, play, and purpose.
