Through spirals, we connect the inner and outer worlds of motion — cultivating adaptability, grace, and strength that arise from deep within the fascial system. In this second practice module, movement becomes a dialogue between form and flow, structure and sensation, stability and expansion. You’ll learn to move through spirals that enliven the spine and ribcage, awaken the body’s connective intelligence, and expand your capacity to teach and embody fascia-informed movement with confidence and creativity. Building on FAMO Practice 1, this course takes you deeper into the living geometry of spirals, where anatomy meets artistry and science meets self-discovery. The repertoire introduces multidimensional exercises that enhance coordination, integration, and structural health while highlighting the Lateral Line and Spiral Line from Anatomy Trains in Motion. You’ll gain a nuanced understanding and felt sense of fascia-focused movement to apply in personal practice, group classes, or therapeutic settings. Each sequence encourages curiosity, coherence, and compassion — awakening new possibilities for physical functionality, energetic flow, and psycho-emotional wellbeing. Self-Contained & Part of the FAMO Diploma FAMO Practice 2 is a self-contained course and also an integral module within the FAMO Diploma Program. It can be attended after completing FAMO BodyReading & Rebalancing and serves as a bridge toward professional fascia-informed mastery. Participants who complete the FAMO Diploma path gain a recognised certification that reflects both theoretical knowledge and embodied competence in fascia movement education and therapy.
