As the cornerstone of FAMO Fascia Movement education, this course gives you the knowledge and practical skills to understand the “why” behind FAMO practice exercises, including their variations, breathing patterns, use of massage tools, and cueing focus. You’ll not only study fascia in motion—you’ll embody it. Through a blend of master classes, interactive lectures, demonstrations, and short practices, you’ll gain tools to enrich your teaching and your own body-mind vitality. It can be taken before or after Anatomy Trains in Motion.
