Prerequisite: completion of ATiM, Fascia Focus & FAMO Practice 1 How You Can Join Hybrid format – Learn in the way that best suits you: • In-person training • Live online participation • Or via 30-day course recordings About the Course FAMO Body Reading & Rebalancing provides a clear framework for the complex skill of body reading—assessing postural and movement patterns, recognizing myofascial implications, and creating coherent, posture-based exercise programs. The approach supports both short-term goals—pain reduction, increased wellbeing, and energy boosts—and long-term outcomes like postural balance, sustainable functionality, and vitality. The content is immediately applicable in one-on-one sessions and highly valuable in group settings. By the end of the course, you’ll be able to evaluate body geometry, identify common postural patterns, and design effective posture-based movement programs. You’ll likely gain new insights into your own alignment, too. By the End of the Course, You Will: • Identify the attributes of a successful body reader and the individual being read • Understand the value of three fascial movement qualities—tensional strength, responsiveness, and kinaesthesia—in the context of body reading • Learn the 7-step Body Reading process • Recognize 6 common postural patterns (4 pelvis/spine, 1 ribcage volume, 1 shoulders/arms/hands) • Apply posture-based movement strategies using 14 FAMO Practice 1 exercises • Understand proprioceptive (coordination) and interoceptive (feeling) criteria in movement assessment • Gain fresh insights into your own posture and alignment Course Highlights • Start by exploring the attributes of successful body readers and the role of self-perception • Revisit three key fascial movement qualities (from FAMO Focus) that underpin effective assessment • Learn and practice the 7-step process to evaluate structural relationships and alignment • Focus on 6 common postural patterns and their practical implications • Apply 14 FAMO Practice 1 exercises for posture-based strategies—classified as recommended, suitable, or adaptable • Use the exercises both as assessment tools and as corrective strategies • Work with evaluation forms to support real-life implementation This course is part of FAMO Certification
